In plain English: what you get when you download and buy Mutto, and what we promise.
The free plan
Mutto Free is yours to use with no time limit and no card: global shortcut, tray, pill and sound. It starts with 7 days of Pro for you to try; after that it goes back to the free plan, which never locks.
Pro
- It's a one-time purchase, no subscription. You get a personal license key that works on all your Windows computers.
- The key includes 1 year of updates from the purchase date. After that year, Mutto keeps working on the last version released in it; renewing updates is optional.
- The key is yours: don't publish it or share it with other people. A shared key may be deactivated; in that case, the buyer gets a new key.
- The price is the one on the page at the time of purchase: in Brazilian reais on the Portuguese page and in US dollars on the English page. The founder price is available for a limited time.
Refunds
You have 14 days from the purchase to ask for a refund, no questions asked. When the refund goes through, or if the purchase is disputed with your card issuer, the key is deactivated and Mutto goes back to the free plan. Details are on Refunds.
What we promise
We work hard to make Mutto work well, fix what breaks quickly and answer everyone who writes. Like all software, it may have bugs: it's provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here takes away your consumer rights.
Mutto depends on Windows, Teams, Meet and your browser, which change without notice. If one of their changes breaks an integration, we fix it in an update as soon as we can.
Privacy
What the app and the site keep and send is on Privacy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects existing buyers, we'll email you first. A change never takes away what you already bought.
